BitTorrent Files
BitTorrent is a distributed P2P file sharing system that is useful for reliably downloading large (GB+) files.
You will need a BitTorrent Client like Azureus to download .torrent files.
ISO Files
You must burn a DVD from the .iso file. Do not simply write this file to the disc. If you use a mac or Linux machine it's a straight-forward operation. If you are stuck with Windows, and don't want to upgrade to Linux, you can use a tool like CD Burner Pro XP to do the job.
